About Get On Board​

As part of its REALIZE Board training program, the United Way of El Paso County is pleased to offer a board matching program, Get On Board, to connect REALIZE Board trained professionals with established, local nonprofits. Local professionals and graduates of the REALIZE Board training program gain access to board leadership opportunities in the community. Local nonprofits must have been established within the last five years, demonstrate a need for new Board members in 2024 and beyond, and a commitment to board development through new community leadership. All board prospects must demonstrate a commitment to serving on a nonprofit board, and all that it entails.
