What is the REALIZE Board Training?
The Paso del Norte Health Foundation, in conjunction with the United Way of El Paso County, is ensuring the success of nonprofit organizations that serve our communities. Through workshops, training and summits, the REALIZE Board Training is assuring all nonprofit board of directors are fully prepared to undertake their critical responsibilities.

Courses are led by trainers with expertise in the nonprofit sector. Participants will receive a REALIZE Board Training Continuing Education Certificate of Completion at the end of each course they attend.

*NOTE: This training is only offered to a board of directors with eight or more members. ​​
